As Head of Product & Design at Brave Care, I led a small team to build the entire software stack powering our pediatric clinics — a parent-facing mobile app, a custom EHR system, scheduling, check-in, and clinic operations tools. Our mission was to reduce the administrative burden on practitioners so they could spend less time behind a screen and more time with patients.
ResultsFive clinics stood up, over 50,000 families cared for. Thousands of Google 5-star reviews. NPS consistenly above 80. 92% staff retention. Best in class electronic health records that reduced admin time for doctors by 40%.

As Director of Design at Dribbble, we were the team to redesign Dribbble for the first time since it's inception. The team worked tirelessly to build a new system that kept the Dribbble brand but shined the spotlight on the designer and their work. The resulting work yield a design system which is still used today.
